This is a study of very well known masterpiece of Nikolaos Lytras (1883-1927), a neo realist Greek painter.

Chapel in Pyrgi

This is the chapel in Pyrgi on Paros Island. Pyrgi is a small peninsula with some wonderful houses on it, but at the left side is this wonderful traditional little church. I was amazed when I shaw it for a first time, so I decided to paint it "ala prima".

Moonlight

Wonderful view of a summer full moon and moonlight. The French call it "the road to love". I made a series with the same subject because everybody love's it and want to heave one. In this piece i love most the reflexions of the light on sea and the islands.
